Hope you had a wonderful holiday season and Happy New Year. ONE Sotheby’s International Realty would like to kick off 2024 by focusing on health and wellness. But there’s more to self-care than hitting the gym. For the first edition of our multi-guide wellness series, please enjoy these tips for tuning into nature. With its gorgeous weather, January is a great time for outdoor activities. More than fitness, nature’s healing qualities from a walk in the woods to birding rejuvenate the soul.

Forest Bathing

Newly introduced by the Miami Beach Botanical Garden, the Japanese practice of forest bathing restores body, mind and spirit through connecting with the natural world. The garden’s extensive palm collection, meditative koi ponds and flowering trees and orchids create the perfect setting to immerse oneself in the multisensory experience. Enhance your healing process with weekly vinyasa yoga and sound baths on Sunday mornings.
