Spring arrives in Northeast Florida, awakening annual traditions from the opening of the beaches to the first of many music festivals to come. As we catch our breath from the incredible experiences of The Amelia and The Players Championship, we look forward to refreshing our homes and gardens, dining at new restaurants and celebrating April holidays. ONE Sotheby’s International Realty wishes our community a Happy Easter, Passover, and Earth Day.

Easter Festivities

Historic downtown St. Augustine has become a premier destination for Easter. Spectators line its streets to watch the Easter Parade, also known as the Parade of Horses and Carriages (April 19), while many revelers wear their Easter best, including bonnets, for the Easter Promenade (Plaza de la Constitución, April 20). Ponte Vedra Inn’s Easter brunch, parade, and beach egg hunt are also popular.
