We are huge fans, too, and hope to see you around town. Have a great summer.
Sway
Sway, Austin’s go-to for elevated Thai cuisine, followed its enamored patrons to their ski and summer homes in Aspen. Oysters with shallots and green nahm jim, and a strip steak dish named Tiger Cry for its red chili paste, are among layered flavor bombs that aren’t typical to Thai restaurants around the U.S. Neither is the fetching décor that has diners asking, “Who’s the designer?” It would be Michael Hsu.
